  • Complete engine rebuild by my Dad and myself.
  • All bottom end overhauled, crank shaft reground, bores glazebusted and top of block skimmed.
  • Genuine Vauxhall parts used.
  • Head de-coked
  • Valves re-ground.
  • Courtenay Hi Torque camshaft fitted with new rocker arms.
  • Valvaline 5W/50 fully synthetic oil.
  • Modified air box with K&N panel filter.
  • Magnex stainless steel full system and CAT replacement pipe.
  • Standard 5-speed F13CR gearbox.
  • Sound proofing from Nova GTE.

  • Vauxhall Flame Red paintwork.
  • Clear front indicators.
  • Novatech aloy fuel cap.
  • SRI Grill badge off off the new Vauxhall Corsa.

    •   BRAKES, WHEELS & SUSPENSION To the top
  • Astra 6 spoke 5.5 j alloys with 195/50/15 Goodyear eagle venturi tyes all round.
  • Standard Nova SRi vented brakes
  • Standard suspension.

    •   INTERIOR To the top
  • Standard SRi seats and doorcards.
  • Red trimed mats with alloy heal plate.
  • Corsa Leather handbrake and gearstick gaitor.
  • Corsa lights on buzzer.

    •   ICE To the top
  • Sony minidisk head unit with joystick control on column.
  • Sony front 10cm speakers.
  • Pioneer 6*9's with kenwood amp.
  • Copper cabling with heavy duty power feeds to amp (in line fuse).

    •   SECURITY To the top
  • Alarm.
  • 2 Imobilisers.
  • Hazard switch modifed to prevent vauxhall's cunning design flaw.

  • Complete Re-spray in original Flame red, with new vynl, (also delocked at the same time).

  • Power boost valve.
  • Tarox front disks with alloy brake hoses, and spiragrip rear drums.
  • Aquire some vauxhall centre caps for my wheels.
  • Install electric sunroof.
