	ENGINE & TRANSMISSION

Orignially started as a Nova 1.3 SR.

Vauxhall 2L 16v C20XE engine, 1998cc, 4 cylinder, DOHC, 16v injection SFi (sequential fuel injection) engine.

Piper reprofiled camshafts (supplied by Courtney).

K&N 57i Cosworth filter.

Superchips remapped ECU chip.

JP Stainless Steel Exhaust - 2.25" bore, 3.5" tailpipe.

Mobil One oil.

TAS Heavy duty engine mounts with custom made engine & gearbox brackets

Transmission - F-28 six speed Calibra Turbo gearbox (2wd conversion).

Shortened linkage & revised mounting points

Performance - Around 176 bhp at flywheel as tested at Well Lane Turbo, Batley.

	BODYWORK

Sunny GTI-R bonnet scoop.

Corsa Clear side repeaters.

Corsa(A) rear cluster conversion with Astra fogs.

GSI front bumper, meshed, with Seat Toledo lower spoiler.

Front fog lamps in lower spoiler.

Mocal Aero fuel filler cap.

Chrome custom badges

Paint - GM Carmine Red (respray August 1999).

Front - Vectra V6 calipers with 288mm vented discs.

EBC Greenstuff pads.

Rear - Astra GSI 16v ATE calipers & standard discs with modified handbrake cable.

Mintex M1144 rear pads.

Wheels - 7J X 16" Wolfrace Voodoos in Anthracite.

Tyres - Michelin & Pirelli 195/45 VR16.

Suspension - Koni Adjustable Sport Dampers all round.

-40 mm Courtney Sport springs.

Front alloy top mounts.

Strengthened Track Control Arms.

Polysport uprated bushes all round with GSI tiebars & roll bars.

Lowered tie-bar mountings.

	INTERIOR

Mk2 SRi Blue striped interior including door panels & sun visors.

Mk2 dash with Astra LCD instrument panel.

Rear head-rest conversion.

Electric windows with switch-gear in door pockets.

Electric sunroof conversion.

Momo Corse leather steering wheel with snap off steering boss.

Pioneer MCD- KEH6600R Head unit & 6 disc autochanger.

Face plate mounted within sunvisor.

Phillips DAP600 x 2 amplifiers feeding front & rear speakers.

Speakers by Pioneer, Infinity & Phoenix Gold.
